At Offside Kicks, we take pride in delivering quality products. As our jerseys are sourced and prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Eligible for Replacement
We only offer replacements if:
- The item received is damaged upon delivery.
- The item received is defective.
- The wrong product was sent.
Reporting a Damaged Item
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Replacement Process
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Personalized or customized jerseys
